The Officer Administering the Government presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, and, with reference to his Despatch Confidential of the 16th. December, 1918, has the honour to request that the passage in paragraph 9 commencing "The Crow Rent proposed is 8400 an acre, and as a compromise this might be raised to $600 an acre. may be altered to read thus The Crow Rent proposed is 8500 an acre, and as a compromise this might be raised to $700 an acre".
